RMEIC has been in business since 2021 and is based out of Reno Nevada. We are a woman and minority owned business and have been focused on improving our work efficiencies, safety, and capabilities on better serving our customers. RMEIC was established to help resolve the growing strong demand for technical services and the leadership’s strong desire to develop an in-house highly skilled team. We at RMEIC take pride in and perform high quality services in a wide range of industries.

Primarily in commercial and industrial, we have worked in power plants, refineries, and commercial manufacturing and logistics businesses in many Nevada areas. We provide maintenance, consulting, design, commissioning, and construction electrical, instrumentation, networking, and control system services up to the highest workmanship and safety standards practiced.

Our main strengths are that we employ and develop a highly diverse workforce motivated by strong success and the strong willingness to continuously improve our capabilities to get the work done and are not afraid of challenges in the field. Our workforce consists of apprentice electricians, electrical & instrumentation technicians, journeyman electricians, subject matter experts, and superintendents. Whether in very remote or local, hot or cold environments, or the sheer difficulty of the task at hand, we will always utilize our strengths to prevail and satisfy all key stakeholders and customers of the project. We are not afraid to take on any challenge or project and our customers have seen how tenacious we are in achieving all our project goals.

In our short history as a company, we have already proven ourselves to be highly capable professionals with a proven portfolio of completed cutting edge projects. From building control system panels, commissioning low to medium voltage variable frequency drives, to building a multi-million-dollar power plant, we stand ready and willing to be a reliable partner for the next opportunities. We firmly believe in the need to develop our workforce through on the job and classroom led training, through apprenticeships, and strong mentoring in the field to keep not only our workforce safe but also everyone involved with the job.
